The annual CinemAfrica film festival held in Sweden will be a wholly online affair to be staged in October.

CinemAfrica film festival 2020 is a new and exciting concept, which is due to Covid-1.

The organizers, Sweden-based CinemAfrica, will also collaborate with the online streaming platform Festivalscope to keep the film festival going through on its website.

The festival, which runs from October 1- 12, will be available to everyone around Sweden for the first time, and not just Stockholm, the capital.

It promises a continued viewing of quality films from the African continent and the diaspora.

The festival’s program will be released on September 1.
