The leader of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, the Fifth Khalifa (Caliph), His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad has called on Ahmadi Muslims to practice what they  preach: that is peace, which is the center of Islam.
He spoke during a special program on May 14 to mark the inauguration of the newly-built Mahmood Mosque ( Mosque of the Praiseworthy) in Malmö, Sweden 3rd largest city.
He stressed that the mosque was built to serve as a place to worship Allah. He questioned Muslims who have used  mosques to spread the message of hatred and violence.
He promised the many guests from different religions that the mosque will be used to promote peace and tolerance in the society.

The Mahmood Mosque, the second in Sweden, which cost 37.5 million Swedish Kronor, can accommodate 1700 worshippers at a time. The first mosque is located in Gothenburg, Sweden’s second largest city.
