Nordic-African Business Summit, considered the region’s leading business conference focusing exclusively on the African markets, will be held on Thursday, November 8 at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Norway’s capital, Oslo.

Organised yearly since 2011 by the Norway-based Norwegian-African Business Association (NABA), the event is an important platform for the meeting of policy makers and business executives, with 500 delegates from 30 countries attending last year.

“Since our first Summit in 2011, more than 200 speakers, and more than 2200 delegates, have made this conference the place to be for business people focusing on Africa,” NABA, whose managing director is Eivind Fjeldstad, notes on its website.

“We promise you that you will meet useful connections, get insight and lessons learnt from our key speakers – and you will have a unique starting point for your next business or investment venture,” the organization adds.

The full program for the event will be released on Wednesday.

“The Norwegian-African Business Association (NABA) seeks to promote business opportunities on the African continent and serve as a bridge between Norwegian and African business communities. Our mission is to increase more efficient and less risky trade between Norway and Africa,” the website notes.
